• We are available outside normal working hours- your lawyer is available between the hours of 8am-7pm Monday to Friday and 10am-4pm on Saturdays. We can also offer out of hours appointments and home and workplace visits by prior arrangement*
• You will be given the direct telephone number, mobile number and email address of your allocated lawyer to ensure you can always get hold of them when you need to. 
• No sale - no legal fees: If there are any problems and the sale or purchase falls through, your solicitor will not charge you for any of the legal work undertaken. You will only be charged for any external costs incurred to date, such as searches, but that's all. 
• Fixed fees guaranteed: We can tell you exactly how much the legal work will cost. This allows you to budget accurately. Many high street solicitors charge additional fees for letters and phone calls. 
• 24 hour updates, 7 days a week: You can see what's happening with your sale and/or purchase on-line, adding transparency to the process. 
• Managed service: we will track your sale and/or purchase on a weekly basis to ensure your solicitor is carrying out the work in a timely manner and to your high standards.
