  • We provide you with a username and password to our website. On the site you will be able to access your file and see exactly what progress has been made 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • You can message your solicitor through our website with the reassurance that you will receive a response within 4 working hours.
  • You can receive updates from your solicitor in a way that's convenient for you - via e-mail, text message, telephone or by post.
  • If you can't get hold of your solicitor, or would like an update out of hours, we operate an extended hours telephone service for you to call 7 days a week.
  • All of the solicitors are fully managed - should you be unfortunate enough to have a dispute with your solicitor Hallmark Conveyancing will investigate the problem for you to ensure a rapid and fair resolution.
